Thomas (Pat) Zeigler - Owner
Pat Zeigler, initiated his insurance profession in 1989. He opened Independent Insurance Brokers solely in 2002. Pat has won numerous awards for his production, customer service, and knowledge with many insurance carriers over the years. Pat's concentration in the agency is commercial lines.
Jacob Zeigler - Agency Principal/Personal Lines Producer/Manager
Jacob, a Citadel graduate, began his insurance career as a claim adjuster for a large insurance carrier and then joined the agency in May of 2005. Jacob was primarily responsible for our company receiving awards in 2008, 2011 & 2012 for being one of the state’s leading production agencies. Jacob specializes in personal lines insurance.
Rowyn Zeigler - Commercial Lines Manager
Rowyn attended USC and began her career with a large independent agency in 2005. She joined Independent Insurance Brokers in November of 2007. Rowyn oversees the commercial lines department as well as other agency operations.
Piper Goss - Customer Service Manager
Piper started with the agency in January of 2012 after spending 25 years as an accounting and tax professional. She oversees customer service for both personal and commercial lines.
Susan Martin - Personal Lines Sales Associate
Susan has been a property/casualty insurance agent since 1986. She began her career in a small agency and then acquired an underwriter position at Nobel Insurance Company where she trained other agents. She then became an underwriting manager at Seibels Bruce Insurance Company. She started with our agency in November of 2013. Susan assists producers in the personal lines department.
Ashley Salter - Customer Service Representative
Ashley began with our agency in October of 2013 with 10 years in the banking industry. She works closely with our personal lines producers and provides customer service to our clients.
Vicki Hurst - Office Manager / Administrative Assistant
Vicki began in the insurance industry in 2002 with a large independent agency where she assisted with accounting and administrative assistant duties. She began with us in August 2014 and supports and assists our staff & clients and has multiple office responsibilities.
